Getting Started
The purchase policy of GoMyProperty.Com requires a deposit of $200 to schedule a planning meeting for web site development.

However, phone conversations are gladly received to answer questions and to scope the content of the desired web site.

Cancel Policy
The deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled within either 20 days of deposit or 7 days after the initial planning meeting, unless other arrangements are included in a signed contract.

You need to be proactive to get it sold.

  Click here to pick a domain name.  This will take you to "NameCheap.Com" where you can determine if the web site name you want is available, and purchase it if you wish, or contact us to help you with the purchase.

Mailed checks are accepted.  Credit cards are accepted in a face to face meeting or with PayPal (see instructions below)

Pay Pal Instructions
Enter $200 as deposit for a planning meeting. Or, for existing customers, the remaining amount due if making final payment. Remaining amount due will be provided in an e-mail invoice sent to you from GoMyProperty.Com.

In the Pay Pal process you will have a "Questions & Contact Info" field to enter information.  Please provide a phone number in that field. See Package Page for descriptions. Do not worry, you may change your Package choice and/or content choices at the planning meeting.
